The Retreat at Jasper is seeking a skilled Cook to join their team. As a key member of the Food and Beverage department, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Manage food production and inventory to meet service requirements
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to plan and implement menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred
- One year of experience in food preparation and service
- Current SERV Safe certification or ability to obtain
