Job Title: Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to provide top-notch patient care and perform various ultrasound procedures. As a member of our team, you will contribute to ensuring the safety and quality of our patients' care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and perform ultrasound procedures
  • Implement safety standards and perform quality control procedures on equipment
  • Analyze results and identify issues with imaging quality
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist program or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program
  • Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Vascular Technologist (RVT), or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or certified in Sonography (S) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
