Job Overview:
In a fast-paced environment, Actalent seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead electronics packaging design for digital products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. With expertise in mechanical engineering, you will drive the design process from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement design plans for electronics packaging and enclosures
* Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure seamless integration of components
* Conduct risk assessments and cost analysis for new business proposals
* Utilize CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor, to create detailed designs
* Oversee prototype development and testing to ensure product quality

Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design and electronics packaging
* Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
* Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design standards
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits:
$57.00 - $68.00 per hour, depending on experience
