We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at 365 Health Services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality, personalized care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication reminders, and monitoring their health status. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the care plan is completed correctly.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate approach to building trust and fostering a positive patient experience. You will also need to be able to adapt to varying schedules and client needs, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and respect for client privacy.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification may be required
  • Proven experience in the home healthcare field (5+ years preferred)
  • Current CPR and First aid certifications may be required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying schedules and client needs
  • Respect for client confidentiality and privacy
  • Reliable transportation and driver's license may be required
