About the Role:

  2. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech/language pathology or equivalent.">
  3. They should have demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats to meet position expectations.">
  4. A valid driver's license is required according to Hope Network policy.">
  5. The successful candidate will have prior clinical experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or diagnosis of Autism Disorder.">
  6. Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, is highly desirable.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide diagnostic services using selected standardized and informal assessment procedures to determine the nature, severity, and prognosis for rehabilitation of language, communication, and oral-motor disorders.">
  • Develop and implement treatment procedures based on these findings, including speech and language therapy services as indicated.">
  • Lead and consult with Center for Autism staff for skill development.">
  • Assess and coordinate augmentative/assistive communication technology.">
  • Participate in quality assurance, program evaluation, and curriculum rating scale activities as assigned.">
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents.">

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program.">
