As we expand, we are looking for a Floor Technician.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain overall cleanliness within and outside the facilities.
  • Oversee the upkeep of all floor surfaces.
  • Ensure that all flooring is kept in optimal condition.
  • Perform mopping, buffing, and waxing of designated floor areas.
  • Conduct vacuuming and shampooing of carpeted spaces.
  • Manage a schedule for all floor maintenance tasks.
  • Transport equipment to various job sites and ensure it is kept in a safe and clean state.
  • Move furniture and equipment as required.
  • Execute assigned duties in response to building and weather-related emergencies.
Qualifications

What you should bring to this position:
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience in custodial services, particularly in floor maintenance processes such as stripping, sealing, and finishing floors, spray buffing or burnishing floors, and carpet cleaning techniques, is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate proper floor care and carpet cleaning methods, along with proficiency in using the equipment relevant to this role, is preferred.
  • A valid Government Issued ID is required.
