Global Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Global Customer Advocate to join our team.

About the Role

As a Global Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive support to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to prevent and resolve issues
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Document customer interactions and update records as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 2+ years of Call Center experience
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively
Equipment Requirements
  • Laptop or PC (Windows 10 or 11)
  • High speed internet (hardwired only)
  • Hardwired USB headset (noise cancellation)

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
