Position Summary
We are currently seeking a full-time Construction Project Supervisor to oversee commercial construction projects within the Southeast Florida region. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our high standards of quality control are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise construction projects according to contract specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective site supervision and planning.
  • Conduct pre-bid site evaluations to assess existing conditions and assist in the development of project scopes.
  • Lead on-site management, directing subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to provide accurate project updates.
  • Oversee project documentation, including plans, permits, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain organized project records and ensure adherence to reporting standards.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing commercial construction sites.
  • Strong understanding of construction plans and the various trades involved.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.

Travel Requirements
This position primarily involves local travel, managing multiple job sites within a specified radius, with occasional overnight travel as needed.
