As a Maintenance Technician, you will be integral to our operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-kept environment. Your role will involve supporting your supervisor in maintaining efficient operations to effectively serve our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers while performing general service duties, including assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive customer experience.
- Support various departments such as retail, dining, and vehicle care with routine cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service tasks.
- Utilize a range of tools and equipment to uphold facility operations, including but not limited to, equipment repair and upkeep (HVAC, fuel systems, service vehicles, refrigeration units, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing maintenance, site evaluations, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Potential for cross-training in additional roles such as Cashier, Restaurant Associate, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership positions.
- Prioritize the safety and satisfaction of customers by adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing over 25 pounds and work in varying temperature conditions.
