Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selecting proper technical factors for study and performing diagnostic CT examinations accurately and efficiently
  • Operating and maintaining CT scanners, pressure injectors, and other related equipment
  • Preparing and positioning patients for exams, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Documenting clinical information and obtaining informed consent from patients
  • Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements
  • Completion of a Radiologic Technology program at an accredited institution
  • Valid ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications
  • Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge of radiation safety, hazardous materials, and infection control policies
