Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide genuine hospitality and the highest quality of service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist with food and beverage service, maintain all restaurant equipment, and ensure compliance with all standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise all dining room activities, coordinate assignments, and analyze customer requirements to provide efficient responses.
  • Inventory Management: Manage all storage supplies, oversee and restock supplies at the end of each shift, and perform regular inspections on all equipment.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the manager to review employee performance, maintain knowledge on all liquor regulations, and positively communicate and interact with all hotel departments.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a fine dining or upscale casual environment.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods indoors with a climate-controlled workstation, grasp, lift, and carry goods weighing a maximum of 40 lbs.
