About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and customer service skills
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages
