Key Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming and professional service to all customers
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide makeup touch-ups
  • Maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up
  • Achieve minimum sales and appointment booking goals
  • Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients
  • Maintain cleanliness of counter and tester units/testers
  • Follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times
Requirements
  • Previous retail industry experience is desirable, preferably within the beauty industry
  • Previous makeup artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
