About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Fish Cutting Professional to join our team at Sysco. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for cutting fish products to specifications with high quality and proper yields.

Job Summary

This role involves working on the Salmon Fillet production line, where you will be responsible for maintaining yields in the decap process. To succeed in this position, you must have knowledge of raw materials and inventory experience.

Responsibilities
  • Cutting fish products to specifications with high quality and proper yields
  • Maintaining yields in the decap process on the Salmon Fillet production line
  • Working with various species of fish, including fresh and saltwater
Requirements

  • Knowledge of raw materials and inventory experience
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $20.00-$48.00 per hour, depending on experience.
