Fish Packer

As a Fish Packer at Buckhead Meat Trinity Seafood (Division of Buckhead Meat Co), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our seafood products. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our customer satisfaction.

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform final quality checks on our seafood products before they are packaged for delivery. You will also be responsible for labeling the products accurately according to the work order. This requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure proper icing of all fish orders
• Assist in the salmon line run
• Responsible for the proper boxing, weight recording, and labeling of seafood according to work orders
• Accurate completion of all work orders for Customer service
• May assist in salmon prep, (other species prep) filleting, and line production
