Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Health Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical care and assistance to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide non-medical care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Accompany clients on walks, trips to social/recreational activities, and assist with hobbies
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Document services provided and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Clean background and ability to pass random drug screens
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
