About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled individual to manage the dining room operations, ensuring that every resident enjoys a safe and satisfying dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members to meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a role model in providing exceptional dining service to residents
  • Assist with training team members to maintain high standards
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure compliance with regulatory procedures
  • Assist in special events and table top inventories maintenance
Requirements
  • High School diploma preferred / GED accepted
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • Competent in organizational, time management skills, and demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Compensation and Benefits

The selected candidate will be offered competitive compensation based on geographic location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses. Additionally, we offer daily pay and tuition reimbursement.
