Position: Machinery Maintenance Specialist
- Type: Temp-to-Hire opportunity with potential for advancement.
- Payrate: Competitive hourly wage, paid weekly.
- Shift: Mid Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday—ideal for those who prefer their mornings free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with our operations by conducting repairs and maintenance on machinery and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Utilize your diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and rectify issues, ensuring optimal machine performance.
- Disassemble equipment to repair or replace faulty components, making necessary adjustments to maintain functionality.
- Ensure smooth operations by cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machinery, ordering parts as needed to keep everything in excellent condition.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource, assisting colleagues in overcoming complex mechanical challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in machinery maintenance (3 years preferred).
- A proactive attitude with a strong inclination towards problem-solving.
- Proficient understanding of mechanical and electrical systems—skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Familiarity with basic electrical and electronic repairs, with the capability to interpret diagrams, schematics, and manuals effectively.

Compensation Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
