**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and develop care plans within established timeframes
  • Supervise shifts, demonstrating leadership by delegating tasks and overseeing staff to ensure adherence to nursing policies and procedures
  • Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond accordingly, including notification of physicians when necessary
  • Administer medications according to hospital policy
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program or relevant state licensure required
  • Prior experience in psychiatric healthcare facilities, particularly working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred
  • Current unencumbered license to practice nursing, CPR certification, and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment
  • Age 21 or older
