Job Title: Senior Security Governance Program Manager

Centene Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Governance Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Data Protection Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and implementation of the Data Protection Program
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to address various aspects of data protection
  • Develop and manage metrics and reporting mechanisms to track program effectiveness
  • Oversee the planning and execution of complex security/compliance programs
  • Represent the Governance, Risk, and Compliance perspective in Data Protection efforts
  • Set objectives, establish standard operating procedures, and drive process innovations
  • Deliver executive reports on program elements
  • Plan and manage requirements and track completion of objectives for security risk, compliance, and assessment
  • Drive and execute initiatives involving cross-departmental dependencies
  • Manage projects to improve and strengthen the enterprise security posture and reduce security risk
  • Maintain awareness of existing and proposed enterprise security policies and standards
  • Provide support in security policy and standard development
  • Utilize expert knowledge in multiple security domains
  • Identify regulatory changes that will affect information security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Recommend appropriate changes
  • Support security control owners with control design and implementation
  • Support the design, evaluation, and oversight of controls for key security and security IT projects, programs, applications, and systems
  • Support activities related to the lifecycle of remediation activities
  • Prepare governance documentation for Senior Management
  • Lead complex projects, on time and on budget
  • Escalate concerns and provide weekly updates
  • Develop and implement best practices regarding gathering, reporting, and representation of security KPIs and KRIs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in GRC, audit, compliance, and regulatory
  • CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, CISSP preferred
