Job DescriptionThis position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, ensuring smooth delivery of services and maintenance. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, handling customer relations, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of On-Site Supervisors and service employees to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with senior management, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address concerns.
- Proactively manage all service requests, periodical work, walk-throughs, and additional issues through a web-based work order system.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Facilities Manager or Building Site Manager.
- Strong leadership skills, expertise in hiring, onboarding, training, managing, and mentoring staff.
- Prior experience working as a liaison between customers, corporate, and field organizations.
- Familiarity with compiling reports, staff payroll, and sick/PTO days.
- Valid driver's license required.
