Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clients and witnesses for discovery and discovery responses
- Order, review, and summarize records pertaining to the case
- Investigate and retain experts
- Prepare expert designations, schedule orders, and calendaring
- Assist attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trials
Requirements:
- Must have construction defense paralegal experience

Benefits:
Competitive pay range from $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience
