Hiring Overview:
  The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our public housing renovation and development projects. Responsibilities:
  * Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion
  * Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
  * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects
  * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  * Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans
  * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve project goals
  * Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
  * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  * At least 4 years of experience in construction project management
  * Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
  * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  * Valid California driver's license
