Senior Technical Operations Manager

As a Senior Technical Operations Manager at Amazon, you will lead cross-functional development on new technology from design through delivery. You'll work with remote teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines, communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control.
- Lead multiple complex cross-functional initiatives simultaneously from initiation through delivery, anticipating bottlenecks and providing escalation management.
- Makes tradeoffs while balancing business needs with technical constraints.
- Works closely with product and engineering teams to define near-term and long-term product roadmaps.
This role interacts with multiple teams and is responsible for external developer management, including the product externalization process and the developer portal, covering learning materials, tutorials, well-written documentation, reference apps, etc.
