Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the Medical Affairs Function: Develop and execute strategies to support the commercialization of our products, including the development of medical and scientific content, and the management of medical and scientific relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide Medical and Scientific Expertise: Provide medical and scientific expertise to our commercial and marketing teams, including the development of promotional materials, and the management of medical and scientific communications.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, regulatory, and commercial, to ensure that medical and scientific information is aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and Manage Medical and Scientific Content: Develop and manage medical and scientific content, including clinical trial protocols, investigator brochures, and other medical and scientific documents.
- Manage Medical and Scientific Relationships: Manage medical and scientific relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups.

Requirements:
- Advanced Degree: An advanced degree in a life science or related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience in medical affairs or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in medical affairs or a related field is required, with a track record of success in developing and executing strategies to support the commercialization of products.
- Medical and Scientific Expertise: Strong medical and scientific expertise is required, with the ability to provide medical and scientific expertise to our commercial and marketing teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate complex medical and scientific information to a variety of audiences.
