Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our team in Dartmouth, MA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct hospital rounds and assess patient progress under the supervision of a physician or designee.
- Perform exams, episodic illness visits, and follow-up care visits, including ordering laboratory testing and prescribing medications as needed.
- Act as a resource and consultant to phone triage nurses and take phone calls from parents as requested.
- Chart all findings completely and accurately in accordance with CPT billing regulations.
- Physician Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Physician Assistant.
- Nurse Practitioner: Master's Degree in Nursing and certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner, as well as current Massachusetts R.N. registration.
