You will work under the supervision of the General Maintenance Manager and adhere to established maintenance schedules and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs
  • Utilize multiple craft skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling equipment
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs
  • Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls
  • Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in a trade, such as plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move up and down ladders frequently
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various temperatures
  • Excellent driving record
