Position Overview

Role Summary: The Overnight Youth Care Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the Overnight Youth Care Specialist team by providing necessary breaks to maintain optimal alertness. This position involves supporting the daily operations and offering therapeutic assistance to youth facing emotional challenges. Participation in team discussions and training sessions to address the needs of the youth is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college education is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with youth is required
  • Experience with at-risk youth is preferred
  • Background in crisis intervention is advantageous
  • Capability to perform physical restraints
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License

Work Schedule: 12am-8am, with two weekdays off
