- Oversee daily Bell/Valet operations to ensure guest satisfaction, tracking all luggage, letters, couriers, and messages accurately. Monitor the property at the front entrance and assist with guest arrivals.
- Welcome and assist every guest with exceptional hospitality, creating memorable arrival and departure experiences.
- Promptly respond to Valet phone inquiries to arrange and confirm parking requests from guests, coordinating with bell desk services as needed.
- Safely operate vehicles, ensuring the secure delivery of cars to and from the parking garage. Adhere to established procedures for car control, including maintaining accurate logs of keys and completing required valet parking documentation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and guests. Foster a supportive team environment with a self-motivated attitude and a balanced demeanor.
*Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
Qualifications:
- A team-oriented attitude
- Valid State Driver's License
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
- Self-motivated personality with a calm demeanor
- Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire shift, and respond quickly to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog), with or without reasonable accommodations.
