Key Responsibilities:
The primary objective of this role is to design, implement, and oversee the nutritional care plans for designated residents.

Core Duties:
  • Evaluates the dietary requirements of residents through dietary history, lab results, medical diagnoses, and by conducting meal rounds and engaging with residents and their families.
  • Oversees care plans for assigned residents and documents their progress as needed. Provides appropriate dietary guidance to residents and their families.
  • Maintains a digital database of residents' specialized nutritional and menu requirements.
  • Contributes to the creation of menus and the formulation of standardized recipes with necessary therapeutic adjustments.

Qualifications:
• Registered Dietitian credentialed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

• Must hold a valid license to practice dietetics in the State of Maryland

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
