Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dimensional Inspection Specialist to join our team at PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for dimensional inspections of titanium aerospace castings to ensure they meet blueprint specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure parts and visually inspect castings for defects and mark them accordingly
  • Inspect corrective welds, blends, and alterations to verify that parts meet dimensional requirements
  • Place castings in a fixture to set up for finishing CNC machine operations
  • Inspect and approve in-process visual final dimensional specifications
Requirements
  • Prior measuring experience is preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided
  • You must be able to read and obtain a basic knowledge and understanding of blueprint specifications
  • Basic high-school level math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, are required
  • Able to use small, fine tools and work with precision
  • Good attendance record and ability to maintain continuous mental and/or visual attention to detail are essential
Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
