Responsibilities:
As a Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to:
- Gather essential information and implement individualized treatment programs utilizing diverse techniques and activities
- Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and needs
- Ensure patient safety by being aware of their injuries and diagnoses
- Assist patients in preparing for various treatments and modalities
- Deliver care to a wide range of diagnostic populations while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and state regulations
- Collaborate effectively with support staff regarding treatment directives as guided by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Administer physical agents, therapeutic exercises, and gait training activities as specified in the patient’s plan of care
- Progress patients appropriately based on evaluations by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Previous experience in patient care is preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification

Compensation for this role starts at an hourly rate, with potential adjustments based on individual circumstances.
