Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Analyst to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing collaborative, compassionate care to our learners and promoting the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment packages using naturalistic teaching strategies, assent & trauma-informed care, and frequent, combined meetings amongst professionals.
  • Provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs, to create and maintain comprehensive treatment packages.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest ABA techniques and best practices.
