Job Summary:

The Retail Front End Supervisor is responsible for supervising all aspects of store operations, including customer service, merchandise presentation, and inventory management. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a supervisor, you will be expected to motivate and develop your team members, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise store functions and associates to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Maximize sales results through effective training, coaching, and development of direct reports
  • Promote a culture of safety and respect among associates and customers
  • Solve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates
  • Participate in weekly workload planning meetings

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment. You should also have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a regular full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $18 to $20 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
