The estimated annual salary for this position is around $83,000-$115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.


About the Job


This role involves creating and maintaining Master Data in SAP, working closely with the Enterprise Operations team to drive business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in Master Data management.


Responsibilities



  • Create, extend, and sustain master data in accordance with enterprise best practices
  • Document best practices as Hubbell standards
  • Collaborate with IT partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Align with Segment Materials teams to drive best practices adoption
  • Maintain standards and ensure successful system execution

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting Master Data processes in an SAP ERP environment
  • Bachelor's degree in operations or business-related field (preferably)
  • Proven Master Data experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively across teams, persuading and influencing others
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong appreciation for data integrity and clear process definitions
  • Skilled knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
