We are seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a 1:1 school nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a middle school student with G-Tube care needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a middle school student with G-Tube care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the student's unique needs
- Collaborate with the student's healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Communicate effectively with the student's family and healthcare team to ensure informed decision-making
- Current CA nursing license
- CA Fingerprint Clearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $33-40 per hour
- Full-time position with potential for renewal
