Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including guiding potential members over the phone, preparing nutritious smoothies, and ensuring our members receive an unparalleled experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for assisting others.
  • A cheerful and positive demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Focus on enhancing the member experience.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual.
  • CPR/AED certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and checking in members upon arrival.
  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Promoting membership sales and retention.
  • Following up with potential members.
  • Assisting with in-store merchandise sales, including smoothies and fitness products.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for both members and staff.
  • Opening and closing the facility as scheduled.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Dress Code: All Member Engagement Specialists are required to wear the company staff shirt along with khaki pants or black athletic pants. Sneakers are mandatory; boots, heels, or sandals are not permitted. A neat and well-groomed appearance is essential.
