Job Overview

Jupiter Power, a national leader in energy storage deployment, seeks a skilled Senior Analyst to support its growing operating fleet and ensure compliance with electricity regulatory requirements. The role is based out of our Austin, TX, Houston, TX, or Chicago, IL offices.

">Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance obligations are sufficiently maintained and monitored.
  • Maintain evidence and documentation for applicable project compliance requirements through data collection, analysis, and document organization.
  • Support internal groups in understanding compliance obligations and associated deliverables by developing and implementing tools and training.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements.
  • Actively participate in real-time operational compliance monitoring activities.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the energy industry.
  • Working knowledge in one or more ISO/RTOs (ERCOT, CAISO, WECC, MISO, PJM, IESO, NYISO, ISONE, SPP).
  • Estimated salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced research and writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 15% of the time.
