We are looking for a Registered Nurse for our Acute Inpatient Unit to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient care to all patients.
Our team is exceptional, and we work collaboratively to support one another. We seek a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to meaningful patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients in the unit to ensure quality care delivery.
- Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care tailored to the physical, psychological, educational, safety, and related needs of various age groups.
- Deliver professional nursing care, exercising independent judgment while utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and other members of the patient care team to uphold professional nursing standards in the clinical environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting required.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (those with a Compact License must obtain a Texas RN License within 90 days of hire).
- American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
