Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse

NaphCare, Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at the Fulton County Jail - South Annex in Union City, GA. This is a full-time position with opportunities for part-time, PRN shifts, and 8-13 week temporary contracts.

Responsibilities
- Take and document patient history and vital signs
- Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical surgical procedures, and examinations and/or treatments
- Administer medications
- Perform venipuncture and I.V. therapy
- Collect samples, specimens, and cultures
- Transcribe therapeutic orders
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program for practical or vocational nursing
- Current, unrestricted nursing license in the state of Georgia
- Valid CPR card
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred
