Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the store manager in overseeing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and managing schedules.
  • Develop operational action plans, identify training opportunities, and develop the team.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team, escalating issues to the appropriate level of support and/or leadership when necessary.
  • Ensure direct reports complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner to provide the highest level of customer service for the business.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
  • A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
