This position focuses on nurturing customer relationships and managing expectations among a diverse range of clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing special tracking related to customs duties, aiding in drawback calculations, and generating ad-hoc reports on order commitments for special sales events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Logistics Manager with various tasks and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate purchase order databases for import and brokerage operations.
  • Review purchase orders for precision and correctness.
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams and customers regarding order statuses and necessary corrections.
  • Resolve issues as they arise in the logistics process.
  • Assist in the overall administration of import and brokerage partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to collect data, compile information, and create reports.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $18-20/hour

This position will remain open until filled.
