The University of Southern California is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead the Healthcare Markets Initiative at the USC Schaeffer Center. This is a unique opportunity to join a renowned research hub and contribute to the advancement of health policy and health economics.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development, implementation, and growth of the Healthcare Markets Initiative research program.
- Collaborate with the Faculty Director to develop and direct short and long-term program strategies.
- Establish program policies and procedures, and manage program staff.
- Oversight of program design, policy development, teaching, staff administration, budgets, marketing, and public relations.
- Identify and strategize fundraising and development opportunities.
- Master's degree in economics, public/health policy, health services research, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in research and program management.
- Preferred: PhD in economics, public/health policy, health services research, or a related field, and 10 years of experience.
- A competitive annual base salary range of $174,738 - $200,000.
- A 3-year (renewable) fixed-term position with a 100% FTE appointment.
- A hybrid or fully remote work arrangement.
