Credit Manager Responsibilities

The Credit Manager will be responsible for:

  • Processing credit applications in-store or over the phone
  • Accepting payments on accounts
  • Typing and administering sales contracts
  • Conducting daily collection calls to customers with payments due or to customers with past-due accounts via phone and home visits as needed
  • Approving or declining and issuing lines of credit to customers
  • Conducting credit investigations
  • Contacting customers with delinquent accounts and following proper collection procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Clerical experience
  • Intermediate credit/collections skills
  • Novice retail management and sales skills

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • 2 years of clerical experience
  • 2 years of payment collection experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience

Language

This position requires fluency in English.
