Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects, a national multi-disciplined surveying and engineering firm, is seeking a highly skilled **Survey Crew Leader** to oversee a team of field technicians in collecting and preparing data for our Kansas City, MO office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of field technicians in collecting and preparing data for survey projects
  • Operate and maintain survey equipment, including GPS, total stations, and data collectors
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection and delivery to the office
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project goals are met
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years of experience in surveying and leadership roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Trimble surveying instrumentation and software
  • Experience with CADD software (Civil 3D, Microstation)
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license
