Job Title: Master Data Governance Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Master Data Governance Expert to join our team at Genesis10 in Brooklyn, OH. This is a hybrid contract-to-hire position that requires on-site work 1-2 days per week. The salary for this role is $45-60/hour W2, based on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the resolution of daily workflow activities within the MDM team, including junior team members. Key responsibilities include standardizing, cleansing, and validating master data; establishing and maintaining reference data; creating and updating MDM models; managing MDM metrics; and integrating data from source and target systems across multiple domains.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working within an MDM organization or equivalent experience
  • Advanced skills and knowledge in MDM Systems and Integration tools, preferably Reltio
  • Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to form relationships, collaborate, and influence across the enterprise
  • Excellent SQL skills, BI tools, preferably Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Data Management DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP)
