About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled electronics assembler to join our team at Liberty Staffing USA.

As an assembler, you will be responsible for hand soldering and touch-up of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) in accordance with IPC-A-610 class 1, 2 or 3 standards.

About the Job

This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday, with a regular schedule of 6:30am to 5:15pm. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate overtime if needed.

The pay range for this role is $16-$17.50 per hour, depending on performance and quality of work.

Responsibilities
  • Hand solder and touch-up electronic components on PCBs according to IPC-A-610 standards
  • Remove, repair, and install thru-hole parts, SMT parts, wires, and cable harnesses using rework tools and stations
  • Solder wires and cable harnesses to PCBs
  • Maintain cleanliness of PCBs, ensuring they are free from flux, solvent residues, and water spots
  • Operate a simple functional PCB batch cleaner
  • Use a microscope for precise tasks such as touch-up, removal, and installation of small parts
  • Solder with lead-free solder alloys
