Position Overview:


The Client Relationship Banker role is designed to deliver an outstanding customer experience by building, nurturing, and enhancing long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients.

This position encompasses processing transactions and collaborating with platform staff to meet customer needs effectively.

By understanding and addressing the financial requirements of customers, the banker will offer tailored solutions that cater to the customer's journey through our consultative sales and service approach.

Accountability for risk management is crucial, which involves openly sharing insights, raising concerns, and adhering to established policies and procedures.

It is essential to prioritize ethical behavior and ensure that actions contribute positively to the customer experience.

While operating within the Bank's risk framework, success is achieved by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting various types of risks.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Create a memorable customer experience by fostering, maintaining, and enhancing relationships within an assigned portfolio through proactive outreach via various channels.

2. Employ a consultative method with current or prospective clients to uncover and identify their needs while customizing recommendations and solutions.
3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, services, and processes available.
4. Collaborate effectively with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

5. Analyze customer credit data and related financial information to ensure clients receive appropriate solutions aligned with their needs.

6. Provide necessary customer support to reinforce the value of current and emerging technologies.
7. Process transactions and adhere to balancing guidelines.

8. Uphold the Bank's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, modeling the ethical behavior expected from all employees.

9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, or a college degree or equivalent military experience.
Proven ability to develop comfort with both acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships.
Ability to represent the Bank professionally in both verbal and written communication.
Exhibits strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
This position requires SAFE Act registration upon employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Work Environment:
Standard office setting with extended periods of computer screen viewing.
