As a Fixed Income Trader, you'll play a critical role in executing purchases and sales of Treasury, Agency, Commercial Paper, and Money Market Mutual Fund trades. Your expertise will be essential in responding to institutional client requests from our Money Center Sales team.

  • Execute trades in response to client requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, operations, and other departments to provide market-related insight and communicate effectively.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with broker/dealer contacts, mutual fund representatives, and other service providers.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory and accounting principles affecting Corporate Treasury business lines and clients.
  • Utilize MS-Office suite, including VBA and Bloomberg, to analyze and execute trades.

As a Fixed Income Trader, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing to meet established deadlines. Your attention to detail and ability to handle large transactions, heavy trade volume, and significant time pressures will be essential in this role.

U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, and pension. The salary range for this role is $79,000 to $102,410, depending on location and experience.
