Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at UofL Health in a Cardiopulmonary Shock ICU setting. This is a part-time position working 7pm-7am shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Cardiopulmonary Shock ICU setting, utilizing advanced equipment such as Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, and Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest clinical practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units.
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
